The KGlobalAccel allows you to have global keyboard shortcuts (accelerators) that are independent of the focused window. Unlike regular shortcuts, the application's window does not need focus for them to be activated.

Installation of kglobalaccel

To Configure the Package, issue these commands:

cmake -B build -W no-dev \
        -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release         \
        -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/opt/kf6    \
        -D CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/opt/qt6       \
        -D CMAKE_SKIP_INSTALL_RPATH=ON      \
        -D BUILD_PYTHON_BINDINGS=OFF        \
        -D BUILD_TESTING=OFF                \
        -D CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBEXECDIR=libexec

To Build the Package, issue these commands:

cmake --build build

This package does not have a testsuite.

Now Install the Package, as the root user:

cmake --install build
