This package is known to build and work properly using an LFS 12.4 platform.

Prepare libmad by running the following commands:
patch -Np1 -i ../libmad-0.15.1b-fixes-1.patch sed "s@AM_CONFIG_HEADER@AC_CONFIG_HEADERS@g" -i configure.ac touch NEWS AUTHORS ChangeLog autoreconf -fi
./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-static
Now Build the Package, issue:
make
This package does not come with a test suite.
Now Install the Package, as the root user:
make install
Some packages check for the pkg-config file
for libmad. This file is particularly needed
so that Cdrdao can recognize the installed
libmad.
As the root user, issue:
